Flanigan Construction was established in 1994 and was later Incorporated in 1997.

Our goal at FCI is to build quality structures that are professionally organized and

scheduled.  Our company specializes in Commercial, Industrial, Tenant Improvements

and Residential construction.  We pride ourselves in residential additions and remodels,

custom finishes, and custom fabricated cabinets.   

Our success has been built upon thenegotiated team concept and better than 80% 

of our work has been completed with his type of construction, whereby we hire 

at the inception of the project and work with the Architect and Engineers; 

from the preliminary phase through construction of the project.
